Have gone to both locations multiple times over the past years, and I’m sad to say the food portion has gone down astronomically and so has the service at both locations. Older Asian guy that I have seen work both locations looks like he hates his life, dude seriously need to work on his customers service skills and maybe smile little once in a while. Hate to say it but when you’re paying almost 20$ for a bowl it shouldn’t feel hollow.

Just walked out. Bad service, the guy had a terrible attitude. Extremely small portions and not worth the money. My regular bowl came half full, you can literally see the bottom line of the bowl.

I always stop by China Garden next door and was curious about Poke Toki. After ordering my food from China Garden I walked to Pole Toki and discovered it was similar to the old Mongolian BBQ which I loved. You select the bowl size and the items and it was delicious! Definitely a great place to stop by!

Great fresh poke with good options to build your own bowls and a menu of specialty bowls. Plenty of seating and clean place.

First time here, visiting out of town. I ordered the Poki toki combo which contains 3 protein (tuna, salmon, octopus) but they asked me if I wanted spicy or shoyu tuna/salmon and even let me choose shrimp instead of octopus. They make it in front of you, pay then sit down to eat type of restaurant. Filled my cravings for poke They have vegetarian options too. Plenty of parking. Will definitely get this again when I’m in Grand Rapids!
